Wallaman Falls
I stumbled upon this one by chance, but the 50km winding ride up the mountain was well worth it.
Shortcut shown on map was only 150km, but it took rest of my day to navigate through it. As it were, the road was in development phase after Mt. Fox, and was peppered with 'Grid type bridges' - I hate them.

Incredible waterfalls. Caves and water, my favourite...lucky as I live in Scotland eh;-)
